Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our Richmond office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance and a security deposit are usually required upon vehicle pickup. All pricing is listed in British Pounds (£) and includes VAT where applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You are liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless you obtain additional coverage. 7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses for your rental:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited, as is using the vehicle for unintended purposes or exceeding passenger and weight limits. Travel outside designated geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Richmond is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months.
